Charles A. Pfaff Jr. P.A.-C is a graduate of Mars Hill University and the Wake Forest University School of Medicine, Physician Assistant Program. He was comissioned in the United states Marine Corps and began active duty in 1985. Upon completion of a tour of duty he attended Physician Assistant training while remaining in the USMC Reserves. Mr. Pfaff came to Carteret County in 1991 to practice Orthopedics with Dr. Moore. He has served the community providing Orthopedic services for 23 years. For 6 years he worked at Carteret General Hospital in the Emergency Department where he increased his knowlege and skills. Mr. Pfaff has served as a County Medical Examiner since 2008. He has been a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Orthopedic Physician Assistants.

Mr. Pfaff has practiced in Carteret County Since 1991. He is a member of the Lookout Rotary Club, has coached youth soccer teams for many years, and enjoys cycling, fishing, boating, and woodworking. He is married to Cecilia Pfaff and they have 2 daughters-Sydney and Sloane.
