Moore Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation is a comprehensive physical therapy clinic located in East Coast Square in Morehead City.  We are a division of Moore Orthopedics and Sports Medicine and work together as a team with our primary focus being to provide superior medical care to each individual patient.

At Moore Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation we know physical therapy plays an important role in managing your orthopedic conditions.  We treat a variety of orthopedic conditions including:

•             Sprains and strains
•             Post-operative rehab of total joint replacements and arthroscopic surgery
•             Spinal Disorders/spinal stabilization
•             Sports Injuries
•             Weekend warrior syndrome
•             Manual Therapy and Myofascial Release
•             Senior Wellness

Our mission is to promote quality and result-based physical therapy to all patients entrusted to our care. Moore Sports Therapy delivers one-on-one care with an emphasis on manual therapy techniques, which means our patients primarily receive hands-on care.  We complement manual therapy with education and exercise programs helping patients gain independence by learning how to manage conditions on their own.

Our ultimate goal is obtaining superior functional outcomes that allow patients to return to a full life of sports, work, and/or recreation.  We focus on patient goals, treating each patient as an individual with the utmost care and concern for their condition.

At Moore Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation we promote the patient's right to choose a physical therapy provider so that the patient may have full confidence in the care that they receive. North Carolina State law allows a patient to come directly to us with or without the referral of a doctor. Local physicians refer their patients to us as a result of the commitment that we share for quality care.
